Serra freshman Wilson was in Q3 for few mins. But Modesto size is taking over inside on both ends. MC 47-43 lead. Serra missing perimeter shots but has made three free throws to trail 47-46 midway Q4.

Q3 ends with Modesto Christian leading 43-41

Modesto Christian leads 40-39 late Q3

Townes asserting himself on offense and offensive rebounds. Serra's Wohrer with another 3-pt make. But MC takes it's first lead on put back dunk by 6-foot-9 Idehen. MC 40-39 Q3 1:05

Serra 35-32 midway Q3

Serra with early Q3 33-23 and 35-25 ten point leads. MC runs off seven to trail 35-32 with 4:41

Serra 29-23 at half

Serra gets 10th foul with under three mins. MC only four fouls up to that point. Serra 13 fouls while MC 5 fouls in first half. Townes with only perimeter make for MC. MC mostly points inside and foul line. Christian Ellis missed all four free throw attempts. Serra with three 3-pt makes. Serra 29-23 at half

Serra 22-18 midway Q2

Serra freshman 6-foot-10 jack Wilson in to offset some Modesto's size. Serra with game high 22-13 lead. Modesto Christian Ellis with two inside makes to cut 22-18 midway.

Serra with the only two made 3-pt shots to take 18-12 Q1 lead

Serra early 10-2 lead in Q1

Jimmy Wohrer with 3-pt to give Serra 7-2 lead at 6:14. Wohrer with another 3-pt make. Modesto with size advantage but several turnovers to trail 10-2.
